Trai started dancing at the age of two. When she was four she watched kids dancing on television and decided she wanted to be on television, too. Her mom promptly got her an agent and she started her acting career. She went on to be a principal in commercials for Sandollar Auto and Southern Dental and was also in several movies before the age of ten. While she was acting she also went into competitive dance. She has done hundreds of competitions winning numerous high point awards, titles, and scholarships. By the time she was sixteen she realized dancing was more than just fun it was her passion. She decided to pursue a career in entertainment.

Her first professional play was in Houston, TX in the show, Sabrina Fair. She also performed in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and was one of the leads in the original Galveston! The Musical. Trai then decided to move to New York where she assisted the legendary Frank Hatchett in his classes at Broadway Dance Center, workshops, and numerous master classes, and was also in the off-off Broadway original, Thin Line. From there, she moved to Los Angeles. There she performed at the Kodak Theatre with Latin singer, Noelia and danced for Universal Studios Theme Park. She was also in the musicals Aida, Music Man, A Chorus Line, “R” Street Musical, and Beauty and the Beast. Just recently Trai moved to New York after extensively studying voice for a year at Lone Star College. She has also been judging all over the country for different dance competitions and is excited to start auditioning again and seeing what the future holds.
